Within the atelier, as fabric is folded and tied repeatedly, our tradition comes alive. *Jeong Knot – A knot shaped like the Chinese character for “well” (井), symbolizing a clear heart and deep sincerity. Its pronunciation is the same as “jeong (情),” which also represents warmth and affection between people. *Round Knot – A knot with a rounded center, created by winding layers multiple times. It symbolizes dedication, care, and completeness. *Butterfly Knot – Inspired by the flapping wings of a butterfly, this knot represents good fortune, transformation, and vitality. *Sangtu Knot – Modeled after the traditional topknot worn by men during the Joseon dynasty, featuring a raised center.
